When is that starting? I don't see any significant new, quality talent coming in. And it's been proven this coaching staff is incapable of player development. What makes you think they will suddenly change that?

As a coach and seeing what was happening, you make a drastic change and make Ford a two way player. If there was any urgency, you make changes ASAP. You try a different QB when one is struggling. Big time programs don’t mess around and play the wait and see what happened and give 40 chances. When things look like they are going south you try anything to light a fire.
