I’m at an all-day work meeting out of town and just had a chance to watch the first quarter. Some brief thoughts/first impressions:
1. Obviously not the start Jurkovic was looking for. Pretty blah on two possessions. Play calling maybe more slanted toward a big hit than more safe passes.
2. Okunlola beat Zubovic&Taylor. Not sure which OL was more to blame, but notable as to the Baer Watch.
3. “Vay-air” (who pronounces his own name wrong) looked fantastic. Decisive, quick release and accurate as can be. Basically perfect in first quarter.
4. TJ Harvison looks like he has a ton of potential. Looks quick, shifty and dangerous. My kinda tailback- great to have him in the mix
