As Crazy Paco said, the next suit will be players suing over the end of their arbitrarily set eligibility. Think of a player like Tyler Palko, very good college QB but not really NFL material. A guy like that can make 500K/year until he's 30 in college football.

yep. And you’re not getting collective bargaining until the NCAA dissolves.

Once the super league happens, there will be some form of collective bargaining.

So lets say you got some guy like 4th string on the depth chart, who you realize after having him there as a freshman that he's a total bust and will never see the field, this person's NIL market value has to be ZERO$ right? So they're going to pay these guys 4 years to be tackling dummies? Or will we see a lot more guys released from scholarships?

Guys wont leave for a D2 school if giving up $50k. They are not stupid.

My point is, will the people paying the NIL be OK with paying guys that don't even play?

No. P5 athletic scholarships are only year to year.

In a NIL contract it’s for both parties to agree.

Also, most of our guys sign financial aid awards that are 4 years.

That's what I'm talking about, some of these kids who truly aren't even good enough for college football will make a good chunk of money just for being good at a sport in their local area as teenagers.
