For whom? I think it’s all about fit and a good coach at one school may not be as successful someplace else. There are some guys who are so talented and can work anywhere. However, they are the distinct exception.

Guy is successful at Memphis with terrible facilities. Runs a creative offense, young, seems to be a good recruiter. I think he has more upside than Campbell but either would be a good hire.
