Staff told him they like him at either outside spot, per article on home page. Is Pugh an inside backer? Would love to land him
I don't think Pitt has much of a shot with Ferns. My hope is he commits to PSU. This opens the door with Roberts who seems to want to go to PSU. I doubt they would take both.
I agree, not sure what is taking him so long to decide. I know his brother is at WVU. It's pretty much a straight forward choice.
Who knows what goes on in these kids' minds. He's be a big get for us because it is a serious position of need.
I'm honestly worried more about middle linebacker THIS season. Way I see it, the bar can only be raised in coming years no matter who Duz is apt to get. Right now though ... Urk.
Ferns is def'ly between PSU & WVU. I really hope he choses us as we really need LB's in this class, at least 2 of them. But WVU is a serious threat here. Cam Brown, from what I have been reading, is leaning heavily towards us. But then again who knows what goes on in these kids minds. Another LB that we could use. Ohh well, lets see how this plays out.
