If this song doesn't give you chills, I don't know what will...RIP. Great, great song....
This song was chosen to be remade for “hands across America” in the 80’s to allow for multiple artist to sing in a choir fashion but was ultimately dropped. One of the reasons was marketing the “hands across America” ponzi scheme and the other was the ability of many artists to hit the notes.
