I had to buy an extra ticket for UMass from the Pitt site but they literally never emailed me the ticket. I bought Tennessee tickets last night and I still haven't gotten them. Does delayed delivery actually mean "give us your money but we aren't actually giving you tickets."

If should be electronically sent to your email account that you created with Pitt. Then just add the ticket to your Apple Wallet and show it to the person as you enter the gate.
