Seems fairly minor and the penalties laid out by the NCAA and self-imposed penalties seem pretty fair. Dont see it impacting them very much. The only part that could hurt them is they go on probation and if anything comes up during that period (possibly some misconduct at Miramar for example, if that were to prove out).

Was under the impression that the coach from Miramir, Fla. was under investigation for pay for play and
other issues that just surfaced after last season. The ncaa just instituted an investigation into his activities.
The connection is he now coaches at hoopie land and was instrumental in directing previous Miramir players to

Nah. They were already on probation when these violations occurred. You would literally need to have video of the college president handing $100 bills to recruits, and even then, not much would happen.

If you go outside the rules to illegally get a recruit to go to your school then you lose one scholarship at some other random time???
God, I think every school should circumvent the rules for that. I mean, get a 4 or 5 star recruit and give up one scholarship later? Thats a great deal.

He is in charge on revising some regulations and this did happen on his watch?
