lol - those were indeed his words! I encouraged him to include more but he didn’t want to make it seem like too much of a “comedy bit.”You're sigma here DT, but that seems sus, that doesn't sound like his words what's the real tea, come on, no cap.
It was..Theoretically, yes. But I think that's kind of why he left - Cignetti wasn't using him as much in the Spring as he'd have liked. It kind of checks out with the initial game plan against West Virginia, too. I honestly think we thought we were going to pound and ground our way to the ACC championship that season.
Now, as it turns out, we did have a great running game because Izzy went off. But I don't think he was even Plan A, because we opened up with Hammond.
I dont know that a cap on how much a player can make would ever stand up
A cap on how much a school can spend (as they see fit) would help, i think
Ivy League does not want to compete with the big boys, and they enact rules that prevent them from being able to do so. If Ivy League wanted to make those self-imposed rules go away, they could probably find a spot in FBS somewhere (not at the top, but somewhere probably around high G5), especially with the wealthy alumni networks they have. On the other hand, I imagine ACC and Big 12 want to compete with the top conferences, but it's more of a situation that they might find themselves unable to compete given monetary disadvantages. Are ACC and Big 12 leftovers going to become like the Ivy League teams? Maybe there will be FBS, FCS-1, and FCS-2 subdivisions with separate championships for each?
Shut up please. Thank you.And if they miss the free throws, game on. I mean how much time was left? At least 15 seconds.
Why can’t we ?
