Congratulations to Coach Franklin

So towards the end of the first half, PSU has the ball and was driving and it was 3rd down Allar threw a deep pass that floated I dunno almost 10 yards out of bounds. The PSU WR and Minnesota DB had some typical hand fighting. The ref called a PI penalty on the Minn DB. It was the most egregiously bad PI call. Even Gene Steratore said not only was the pass not catchable, but there was no PI. One of the worst calls I have seen. PSU gets the 1st down and scores before half. Without that? They lose.

You don't think these conference refs know the score in regards to getting as many playoff games for their conferences as possible??

23 seconds. Chance of victory is extremely low but lets say they make 1/2 and you make a 3. Now its a 4 point game with 10 seconds. Its college basketball. Players make mistakes. Maybe they turn it over on the inbounds and you make a basket and now its a 2 point game with 4 seconds. Very very little chance we win that game by fouling with 23 seconds but that's too much time left to concede.

I don't think I've ever seen a team pack it in down 6 with 23 seconds. Forget 10 seconds; it could have been a 3 or 4 point game with like 18 seconds left. Could have - not saying would have. Wonder if that was a NET decision.
