The PI call was on 2nd and 4.So towards the end of the first half, PSU has the ball and was driving and it was 3rd down Allar threw a deep pass…
In your scenario we would have multiple Q1 wins though. You can’t go 15-5 and not have them. Multiple teams we would have beaten on the road would have been top 75 in NET.
If anything, PITT is shaping up to be Michigan St like last year. Where the quality of the OOC allows us to lose games and it doesn’t move the needle all that much.
BTW, LSU is in almost every bracket projection right now. They’ve beaten two top 8 teams in the Big 12. Not too shabby.
Or might take a DC job in the NFL just like Haley did from Boston College to the Packers. There’s a very slight chance he takes a high paying DC position similar to what Chip Kelly did, but doubtful.
I think winning out gives Pitt the # 1 overall seedI think Pitt has almost assuredly secured one of the 4 #1 seeds. But - securing the #1 overall seed might put Nebraska and Louisville on the same side of the bracket.
The last volleytalk bracketology has Pitt as #2 seed with Nebraska #1, Lvill #3, and Penn St #4.
The forecast assumes a Pitt loss on Wednesday. I think winning out gives Pitt the # 1 overall seed .
I thought it was a pharmacy. Did he do both?

Given this, should they consider playing more zone?Delalic is giving us point, assist, and rebound production in his limited time, but the sample size is still small. There were multiple times yesterday when Delalic was wide open and our guards refused to pass him the ball. Wisconsin was collapsing on dribble penetration in the 2nd half and Delalic was literally standing there waving his arms around from the 3 point line. The guards need to start looking for him and understand he is shooting 50% from 3 this year and has made at least 1 three ball in every single game he has played in. The guy can shoot, we need to get him far more looks. Elliot was a stand still shooter and still took 7.5 shots per game. And he cashed in at over 40% from 3. There is a learning adjustment since this guy missed almost 2 months of practice time and he is getting used to his teammates and vice versa. But for petes sake, the easiest assist in the game last year was a pass to Hinson for 3. One of the easiest assists 2 years ago was a pass to Elliot just waiting to shoot an open 3. The guards could rake in more assists just giving it to him to shoot.
Cummings needs to get going on offense. I dont know and understand why he is playing so timid on offense. He can drive the ball, he's excellent in the midrange off the bounce, and all he wants to do this year is stand there behind the 3 point line and shoot 3s as a stand still shooter. Almost 70% of his entire shot attempts are from 3. Its like he is scared to drive it or just wants Lowe and Leggett to do everything. He's not playing his game on offense and I dont understand it. He isnt turning it over which is great, but he has to be a bigger part of the offense as a guard. Cummings is shooting a killer 82% this year from long midrange all the way in. Yet all he wants to do is shoot 3s and is shooting them at 25%.
The player combinations next game will be interesting. Delalic played almost or maybe all of his time with Austin and none with Guillermo last game which I found interesting. And the Jorge / Cummings combo needs to end. Guillermo would do a better job finding Delalic than Austin because Austin doesn't pass well. A big part of the game plan against Ohio State is going to be constantly attacking the interior.

We lose the next 2. Go 8-3 in the non-con, 15-5 in ACC losing to Duke, UNC 2, Clem, Wake. Lets say WVU and LSU arent good.
That's 23-8 and let's say 0 Q1 wins. Are we in?

PsStill think it was questionable but maybe you’re right, but it still created a miracle needed situation.
Peace my friend. I still love you! But don’t like smf! 😭
Yes, and there are more opps for potential Q1, @SmU, @NCST, @Lville and @ND. Possibly at FSU.He is desperate to somehow concoct a scenario where Pitt is actually really good, and they play a schedule that isn't good at all, and yet somehow don't win many games. And it's not really working for him, because what he is attempting is completely illogical.
If Pitt is like top 20 good then they are not going to lose all these games to mediocre or bad teams. If they do lose those games then they simply are not that good. It's really not that hard to figure out.
For most people.
Still think it was questionable but maybe you’re right, but it still created a miracle needed situation.I can't imagine how anyone could have watched that and thought that time had clearly expired. I mean they had the split screen, synced up video that clearly showed the ball landing in the crowd with there still one second left on the clock.
The only real question there was if the refs were going to say, "damn, look at all these fans on the field, it's going to take forever to get them off the field so we can finish the game, let's just pretend that we don't see what's obviously in front of our eyes and say the game is over."
