Up 32 in the 4th quarter

If you are talking about ranking Alabama over a team with a better resume but had to play a QB no better than me or you, then try again

I am talking about taking the team with the lesser resume that was the better team than the team with the better resume but was the worse team. Which you say that don't do. And yet they did. And you say they shouldn't do. Except you think they got it right when they did it.

Every time someone points out you being wrong in an argument you always try to change the argument or put conditions on it so you don't have to admit that you got something wrong again. You are wrong about this. YOU keep saying that they are supposed to pick the team with the best resume. The NCAA says that they are supposed to pick the best team. Last year, they picked the best team, not the team with the better resume. And yet somehow in your mind that's just further proof that you are right. Even though you are clearly 100% wrong.

Yep, they haven't ranked a better team over a team with a better resume since, well, last year.

This is one of those things that you figure if you repeat it enough times (which seems to be more than 100) that people will actually start believing it, even though it is explicitly not what the committee's charge is.

Pitt wins secret scrimmage per Rothstein

A few things on this.

1) Cincinnati was beating Ohio State by well over 30 points in their scrimmage a week or so back. It wasn't even a game as Ohio State was down well over 20 in the first half. And some people think Ohio State is a preseason top 25 ranked team / tournament team. Maybe they are, but they certainly were not in this game against Cincy.

2) Pitt was in control in this game today against Cincinnati on a neutral floor.

3) Day Day Thomas apparently did not play for Cincinnati. He also did not play against Ohio State. Amsal Delalic is "probably" significantly better than Thomas as Thomas can't shoot. So we basically handled a preseason top 20 tournament team / NCAA team without one of our go to players on a neutral floor.
