    I love that Louis is a Pitt guy and seems very intelligent with a great background. But he hasn't worked in that capacity since 2013. Is he really the best candidate? I hope he does well and it sure doesn't hurt to talk to a bunch of people - but he's been with ESPN for a long time now.

    Something else I’ve learned in all these years of watching college sports. There’s a lot to be said for stability. I know most believe you can build a program overnight especially in hoops and with the portal. But don’t underestimate sticking with someone even through rough (ok horrible) times.

    Watt absolutely deserved the award. Even after Dupree went down and teams could focus solely on him, he still put up huge numbers and was a force. Love Donald and he’s a HOFer for sure, but he wasn’t deserving of DPOY this year.
