    Don't forget...Most of these guys go to powerhouse programs and have lots of help in being good. Then they get drafted high and go to garbage teams (relative to talent in NFL). Carrying the load and being part of it are 2 completely different jobs.

    Good point. I think I agree with that in terms of the traditional run game (rb), but I do believe we could have used more run plays from the QB position (even situational).

    I'd say it made a big impact for Hamlin from last year. Or Ford from sophomore to JR. Jones was a backup. I just think you never underestimate development of a determined athlete. I think it could be drastic.

    I also understand this point (covid only extra year). Hence why I recommend it (staying), because it's not the normal and IMO the best course of action for their future $$$.
