Nobody goes to the games so Narduzzi is laughing ...........

Total enrollment may be 90k, but that doesn’t change the fact that the student section is still only 20k seats. The rest of that stadium is filled with alums who come from major cities with pro teams.

Nobody goes to the games so Narduzzi is laughing ...........

I’ve seen this perspective so many times on this board, and it still makes zero sense. PSU just packed 110k in their stadium last home game. 20k are students. Do you think the remaining 90k are residents of State College and the surrounding farmlands? No. PSU’s fans come from all over PA, NJ...

    Franklin v Narduzzi: sideline demeanor

Yup. I think GreginPitt posted the numbers yesterday. Sargarin has both divisions of the ACC ranked 9th and 10th in the country. That’s behind every P5 division, and the AAC West, a G5 division. This conference is pathetic, and we still can’t win.

    Franklin v Narduzzi: sideline demeanor

The ranked B10 teams have 7 wins over teams that are currently ranked. The ACC has 0. Literally none. Think about that. Clemson and WF, the only ranked ACC teams, have 0 wins over teams that are currently ranked.

    4* and 5* talent

I’ve noticed a lot of fans on this board having very uneducated opinions on how football works. Numerous posters talking about how we “outplayed” an opponent because we gained more yards. These same posters completely disregard turnovers, penalties, bad clock management, bone headed coaching...

    4* and 5* talent

Yes, we’ve beaten PSU, Clemson, and Miami before. Upsets happen. Overall, they all have winning records against us. We’ve also never blown them out, while all of them have blown us out. That’s the difference that talent makes.

    As I watch . . .

Big favorites? The spread was PSU -7.5, and they won by 7.

    Some games to watch tomorrow

We need a lot of those teams above to lose to even crack the top 25. Not just the ones that are currently ranked.

    Some games to watch tomorrow

After the Top 25, here are the “others receiving votes”: Tulane 55, Iowa State 36, Temple 31, Wake Forest 25, California 20, Virginia 8, Memphis 6, USC 4, South Carolina 4, Texas A&M 3, UCF 3, San Diego State 2, Louisiana Tech 1 Hard to believe we’re not even receiving one vote.

For the stars dont matter guys

    RingerDinger is not wrong. Here’s Sargarin’s rankings so far of all of the divisions in CFB. The B10 East is the 2nd toughest. The ACC coastal is DEAD LAST. But don’t let facts get in your way! 1 SEC-WEST (A) = 83.55 83.59 ( 1) 7 83.56 ( 1) 2 BIG TEN-E (A) = 80.84 79.97 ( 2) 7 81.04 ( 2) 3 BIG...

The least amount of buzz ever for Pitt PSU

And when Auburn visits Happy Valley, that ticket is expected to be the 2nd hottest, after UM/OSU. Doesn’t mean they care about Auburn. Any decent P5 non con will be the 2nd or 3rd best ticket on the schedule, after UM or OSU.

PSU and MD will be in the ACC in 7 years

Of course you have to beat the teams in your division, but I think it's pretty much universally agreed upon that the B10 East is the most competitive division in college football. What other division has 3 of the top 8 most winningest programs of all time? I think a little balancing would make...

PSU and MD will be in the ACC in 7 years

Franklin isn't addressing the CFP committee, he's addressing the B10. He's asking the B10 to take a look at the structure, alignment, and scheduling, so that it becomes easier to get a team in. The B10 didn't miss out the last 2 years because they lost to other conferences. They missed out...

Recruiting Rankings, Pitt 28, PSU 36

PSU is ranked 17th nationally with 12 commits. Pitt is ranked 25th nationally with 15 commits. Their average is 89.25, while ours is 85.98. We're doing well, but let's not get into a pissing match with them.

    Black Helmets?

Don't wanna see any black, tbh. I think we finally got the colors right this time. I'd like to see them as much as possible, in some classy variations and combos.

    Nothing spells SCUM like Miami

From my experience, Miami fans are the worst in the ACC. Completely disrespectful, and incredibly arrogant.

OT Start spin machine : tommy Stevens transfers

The other kid (Clifford, I think) got reps last season, as Stevens was injured for most of it, so he's not the only QB with experience. He's still a veteran though, so I'm sure PSU wants to keep him. Also to note, entering the transfer portal doesn't mean that someone is transferring. It just...

ACC clearly the equal of the SEC.

According to Bovada, the Nits are actually tied with Ohio State for the 4th best odds to win the title next year. Clemson +175 Bama +250 Georgia +550 Ohio State +1200 Penn State +1200 Not sure why Bovada has them so high, considering their personnel losses...

    Gotcha. Thanks for the clarification.

    Clemson fan here

Love Dabo as a coach. He makes it easy to root for Clemson. Thanks for representing our conference well on the big stage!
