Narduzzi Says No Thanks to Kwantel Raines

Given he passed on wade as well, I have to think that is the reason. With the amount of DB’s that may be going away next year I would have taken him and wade. Even if Raines was willing to move to LB I would have taken a flyer there. Raines you can explain at least a bit...you can’t explain wade.

Narduzzi Says No Thanks to Kwantel Raines

And Raines was a freshman. No matter where. Just Narduzzi’s arrogance again.

Narduzzi Says No Thanks to Kwantel Raines

He was a freshman...remember that people thought ford was a bust till this year. I can’t believe what an idiot Narduzzi is.

Narduzzi Says No Thanks to Kwantel Raines

Another unbelievably stupid move by Narduzzi. What an arrogant, egocentric piece of crap. Hamlin is gone, Dane Jackson is gone, Ford is exploring leaving, and Coleman is transferring. There is zero reason to not take a flyer on Raines, but he can’t get out of the way of his own ego.

    An observation....

Man, I love the fact that I’m called a troll and an awful poster, but this OP got 7 upvotes for basically licking narduzzi’s boots.

I really dislike being in the ACC

Why would people expect us to walk into the AAC and start heading to the NY6 bowls? We were in a conference essentially equivalent to the AAC for like 8 years and backed into the BCS once then allowed great programs like UConn and Cincy to beat us out for the BCS bid.

    Anyone still think Duzzer

Which perplexes me. We have a fanbase that seems content to give Narduzzi 10 years, but wanted to run out Walt and Dixon who were more successful.

ACC Bowls - cause you can't get enough

4-6...you’d think that Louisville could beat miss st, but they got stomped by a pretty average SEC team in Kentucky. I think Kentucky can beat VT. this could be an ugly year for the ACC in bowls.

This article expresses the sentiment on the board...

and I can’t help you if you think keeping a coach simply for the sake of stability is worth it. If this was year 3 I’d agree, but why is he getting 6-10 years? I’ll fully admit that I wasn’t a huge fan of pat’s even after the second year as I felt his stubbornness caused that defense to be way...

Not letting the team fall off a cliff was a huge accomplishment.

The worst part...we had an easy path to the Orange

Nope. I did after the UVA game...I underestimated how crap the ACC was....and frankly they err extremely close to 4-8 or 5-7.

The worst part...we had an easy path to the Orange

As Virginia did get in. Instead we got beat by the only 2 ok teams on the ACC schedule, who are at best borderline top 25, and then two more. It will probably never set up any better than it did this year for Pitt to make a NY 6 bowl, and in year 5 it should have been expected with the schedule...

It should never take 10 years to build up a program, and not to mention this wasn’t even a rebuild as evidenced by the fact his best two years were his first two. Again, no delusions of being Alabama, but there is nothing that should stop pitt from averaging 8-4 in the regular season, and when...

You can say that...but I can also say they were very close to being 4-8.

All those tickets we sold in Annapolis and NYC

Those bowls probably didn’t want a horrific offense and a boring game.

I was. They played with fire all year and it was going to bite them in the ass eventually.
