Offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach Jim Chaney was particularly active in the first week of contact, and Panther-Lair.com has identified 10 junior quarterback targets Chaney reached out to.
This list doesn't claim to represent every 2017 quarterback Chaney has contacted this month, but it's an interesting collection of talented quarterback prospects nonetheless. The locations of these recruits are especially interesting, since they represent nine states - Virginia, Arkansas, Alabama, Illinois, Michigan, Mississippi, Oregon, Georgia and New Jersey - and none of them is from Pennsylvania or Ohio.

Signing Day 2017 is still 17 months away, and a lot can and will change between now and then. But this list is a starting point for quarterbacks to monitor in the junior class.
