2021 Non Conference Schedule released

Other than St Johns, all those are winnable games. The rubber will meet the road when we get into conference play but there will be plenty of opportunities for the team to gel.

Hopefully with this so called "alliance" we'll be adding a Pac12 team to the schedule on a yearly basis

......but I'm not holding my breath.

Really? I think St. John's is pretty winnable, too. They've got a ton of new pieces, with basically just Posh and Champagnie coming back with Addae-Wusu off the bench. But Femi and Posh is going to be a fun matchup...and I like where we sit with it.

What's WVU looking like this year?

Any big losses?
Deuce McBride, Derek Culver. Culver was their only force in the paint since Tshiebwe left.

But they did well with returning players and transfers apparently. They can shoot. Huggins can coach. It'll be a tough opponent but I'm glad we play them.

Of course it'll be tough. Just wondering if we'll finally get a competitive go at this team.

Going to be fun to hand Pat Skerry a L too.

I partially blame him for the downfall of Pitt hoops with his handling of Birch and what came after that situation in post play.

I expect 8-3 for the non conference record, maybe 7-4. either 2-2 or 1-3 against the P5 schools and one clunker against the remaining 7.

That would be terrible since the Pac 12 sucks at basketball. They did have a good year last year though. The ACC needs to do a challenge with the SEC or Big East. Good programs in the same footprint. Could create interesting matchups.
