Pitt has used last season's strong finish to springboard its 2024 recruiting cycle. Once again, the Panthers are pulling talent out of Florida. DayDay Farmer is a quick receiver with excellent ball skills and was a highly productive target for an 11-win Cocoa Tigers program as a junior. The Panthers are loading up on defensive line talent, including Jahsear Whittington, who can be a powerful and stout presence in the trenches. Cameron Lindsey was a very nice hometown area addition and, not surprisingly, seems like a great fit as he is a physical presence at the LB position. Further down their commit list is Eric Ingwerson, who can be productive as a big TE target (6-7, 235) but could have a higher ceiling for development and potentially be a sleeper with a move to OT.
