Monster stats playing big-time high school football in Texas. It's hard to because of how everything is, but I'll get excited over this QB recruit. Seems to have a solid arm and terrific speed. Seems like he could be a really good fit to develop for Kade Bell's offense.
For every Julian Dugger sighting there are 10 times has many Thomas Macvittie’s…….or i can list all the qb recruits under Narduzzi and they probably outnumber the 1 Julian Dugger sighting. Nate Yarnell was the only recruit under Narduzzi who even came close to not getting shoved aside for a transfer. …….Not to be critical
Bell is putting in work in Texas. Offered 4 star RB and a DE from Steele HS near San Antonio. Also a LB from further on up the road in San Marcos.
You are 2/3-deep, want more play and/or believe you are worth some cash, you transfer... you are not beating QB1 who stays QB1 for 5/6 years, you transfer... you are due, got reps and know the system well, but can't beat a new transfer, then you weren't as good as you were expected to be... Eli beat Nate, he is the much better QB to run Kade's O, especially with an ever-ailing OL
Was KP originally a Chryst recruit? I don’t remember that timeline if he was inherited or not.
MacVittie threw 11 career passes for Kansas. One of those was an INT. Enough said.
Going to go out on a limb and predict this dude to be tough as nails and the best QB we'll have had in a long time. I've not watched any tape or anything, but his name reminds me of that dude from Vanderbilt. I expect a future full of obscene gestures toward opposing fans and F bombs on TV.

Well we don’t know the percentage of the commitment so this might be all for naught.
What is the highest percentage to ever be reneged upon? I feel like there was a 99999% that didn't culminate in a signature. Almost certain a few 10000% guys returned to playing the field.
That said, I don't think Junkyard Dawgs play these sissy games. They commit; they put on a spiked collar; and they get to work. Woof woof woof woof woof

I can only recall a fairly recent Pitt recruit who was 1000% committed. Until he wasn’t.
1000% is basically like telling someone collecting money at a stoplight you'll get them on the way back, once you have some cash on you. You... probably won't.
Probably confused because of the OC turnover under HCPN. I think Canada recruited Pickett, but left before he got on campus. He had two years under Watson and then three under Whipple.

We've offered thousands of 4 star players from all over the country over the decades.

Really? Thanks Eeyore. I’m a Pitt fan so I appreciate you tempering expectations as I’ve never been kicked in the nuts by this program.
Just sharing recruiting news. I’ll have to follow up if they commit so you can predict their de-commitment, or if they sign, guess their transfer portal destination.
I think the kid they recruited this year is going to be reallly good. But is so hard to tell. The jump from HS to college is like college to pros. But this kid seems like a nice get assuming they can keep him. If he has another big year no doubt programs with more cash to offer will be going after him. I’m just not sure how much cash programs are going to throw at a Qb who isn’t a sure fire five star when they can get guys in the portal
