#24 - No man stands taller than one who bends down to touch the heart of a child...

This Video should be sent to every Heisman Voter if approved by the O'Neil & his Parent Approval by the Pitt Athletic Department along with this information below:
Conner leads with 17 touchdowns, two behind the ACC leader, Louisville quarterback and Heisman Trophy favorite Lamar Jackson!

Also, this information to Coach Narduzzi, UPMC Hillman Cancer Center and Heinz Ketchup Charities and name a Conner-O'Neil Cancer Fund from Endowed by Heinz for UPMC!

Use this information as well.
Joe DiMaggio's 56-game hitting streak, the longest in baseball history, began on May 15, 1941 and ended on July 17. Again, Pittsburgh almost played another role....DiMaggio confided to a teammate that failing to extend the streak for one more game cost him the $10,000 promised to him by the Heinz Corporation to endorse their Heinz 57 products.

Why not have JC struggles and successes be part of ACC History, by breaking the ACC Records even higher and being remembered every year mentioned into Echoes of History Eternity?

Maybe if JC can get few more TDs and end them at "57" TOUCHDOWNS Pitt Athletic Department can contract Heinz in setting up an UPMC JAMES CONNER ACC HEINZ "57" O'NEIL CHILDREN CANCER FUND under that name that would do wonders for many that JC inspired and need such memories with support forevermore until Cancer cured?

PITT cured Polio and Pitt can take on Cancer like JC did, and what a great way to promote, protect, and promise hope to many, and perhaps a cure for Cancer at Pitt like it cured Polio?

There are not many Players and People like James Conner! about time that Heisman lives up to it Honorary Trophy above all in CFB!!! This time Million can be contributed to a great cause that saves live by inspiring Lives like JC does ever day on and off the GridIron! Pitt is so forunate to have an Alumnus like JC!

Thank HOF & Need to Contact Consultant Panther He Did The Banner Last Year?

This guy is unreal. Most teams in most years have a guy or two who go above and beyond doing charity work, but this guy seems to bring it to a new level. Not only is he an amazing athlete, but he's an amazing young man. His mother has done an excellent job and should be proud of herself. Whatever woman he marries is going to be a lucky gal. I'll root for this guy no matter where he ends up. Keep up the good fight James!

My favourite Panther ever.

Conner is an incredible person on and off of the field, even in the face of major adversity. What a representative to help those who are going through similar situations and being able to personally relate to those who need every ounce of strength to fight.

James is that one in a million type of player. He's a great person, caring, compassionate, considerate. And he's one of the greatest players in the game, given his results and the records he has broken. Personally, I thought the Heisman was about those types of qualities, not just football. If he doesn't win the Heisman this year, the award is a joke and shouldn't be awarded to anyone. There isn't one other player out there that embodies the spirit of the award and is more qualified than James.

I wish James continued blessings and success in this life. If only the Steelers had some common sense and would draft someone of character, like James.

Just a great story and another amazing demonstration of James as a person.

I remember my son, he was about 5 and we went to the SMU/Pitt bowl game, and Ray Graham came over to him lifted him over the fence and took him over and signed a football for my son. My son wouldnt stop talking about that, and still has the signed ball right on his bed with photos of him and Ray. Little actions from these guys mean alot to kids.

James deserves a huge applause on Sat.
If it is indeed his last home game, it would be great to actually get a decent crowd. Whatever he chooses to do I'm sure will end up being the right decision but I hope he stays.

I would love for the stadium to get the "one more year" chant going a la Jerome Bettis vs. Detroit in '05.

That video brought a tear to my eye.

James Conner - what a rare combination of toughness and caring in one person. We need more kindness in the world and James is certainly doing way more than his share.

Makes me even prouder to be a Pitt alum...

Go James; Hail to Pitt.

If anyone from the University is reading these posts . ...I hope you will name something on campus after JC

I know of the beano cook room......this guy needs to be immortalized at pitt.

A man among men.......there is no higher compliment......

Wow !

James you are truly a rare and special human being. It's certainly unfortunate that you had to endure the pain, the suffering and the challenges over the past year, but we thank you for sharing your kindness, your leadership and your courage.

This is the definition of a hero!
