None of these teams have any players but now that universities can pay players directly, that levels the playing field a bit. It doesn't completely level it because booster NIL is still a thing so the best programs will be able to pay several million more but it does level things some. Because of this, my rankings essentially rank the coaches because I am assuming that once you get past the blue bloods, everyone else's payroll will be similar. Lets see how close I come.
