For this week's conversation, we're talking with the two newest Panthers: Jorge and Guillermo Diaz Graham. From telling the twins apart to recounting their journey from Canary Islands to Pitt, we cover a lot of ground with Jorge and Guillermo. Check out a very fun and enlightening conversation with two freshmen who could help the Panthers this season.

This was a lot of fun.

We Pitt fans have been through a lot of crap these past 5 years. I really think some fun times are coming soon.

Apparently Jorge will wear the #31 and Guillermo the #25 jersey. Seem like very nice kids and very happy to be coming to Pitt.

They seem like nice really grounded kids , they should be a great addition to team .

I really liked their comparison of European and American bb . Europeans learn bb skills and team play were too many America kids work on their double pump slams . Unselfish team play is how this team can surprise us this season .

Another positive for the program is if the twins thrive here it may open up the program for more international players .

They nailed it on U.S. players. Tendency is overwhelmingly toward (selfish?) individual skills development over team play. This emphasis is an outgrowth of AAU ball. AAU showcases individual talent over team play. When H.S. coaches ran 100% of the game, you were a team player or you rode the pine.
