Play Sweet Caroline at the end of games after the 4th quarter WHEN Pitt wins. Many students cite Sweet Caroline as being the only reason they go to games. Taking it away will definitely hurt the students' attendance. Why not throw it in at the end, give them a reason to stay and support the team and will them to victory?
After the 3rd quarter, I'd get the band involved. Preferably with the Fight Song. Kids still may leave after this, but most will stay for their beloved Sweet Caroline if Pitt wins.
