I just heard from Iowa Western CC quarterback Kai Locksley that he will be taking an official visit to Pitt this weekend.
Locksley is a native of Baltimore - and the son of former Maryland offensive coordinator Mike Locksley - and he’s looking for a college. Shawn Watson visited him this week and told him that Pat Narduzzi wants to meet with him before deciding on an offer.
This year at Iowa Western, he threw for 20 touchdowns and 6 interceptions. He signed with Texas in the recruiting class of 2015 but moved to receiver and then transferred to Iowa Western CC.
Given everything else we’ve seen this week, this is obviously an interesting development. We’ll monitor the situation to see what comes of it.
