He was very impressive. Joking a bit with Zeise. Stating that they want someone who will recruit their butts off. Being honest about the buyout. Stating that style of play matters.

The fact they negotiated the buyout tells me they have clearly have a plan in place. This was in motion for several days. After listening to him I am much more confident that they have someone in mind that will be a great hire and be worth letting Jamie go.
