Ha that didn’t take long. White throwbacks from the ND game.
Throwbacks all day. It doesn't matter if it is the home or away unis, because both will look beautiful under the lights.
I think that they've had multiple games in recent years where both teams wore their home jerseys. I think us in our home throwbacks and Clemson in their homies would be the best uniforms in college football.
The Coastal champion is the designated home team this year.
Yeah I was just going to say just looked from where I bought my tickets and then looked at the Carolina Panthers seating chart coastal would be on the Carolina Panthers sidelines...not that meant anything but a judgment. But agree throwbacks.
Heather Lyke told the alumni tent today in her address that a big surprise was coming re: throwback uniforms

Do you think they going to break out next years uniforms before the end of the year? Otherwise why would it be a surprise?

Does anybody think that 25 years from now there will be a faction of Pitt fans clamoring to bring back the Dynocat ?
There's no chance they will break out the 2019 uniforms during this season, the contract with the current set runs until the end of the spring sports season. Nike and Pitt want to keep the current jerseys and merchandise at regular prices until the contract ends, also Nike wouldn't have the consumer versions of the jersey ready for sale this quickly.
I really hope they wear the throwbacks since the goofy number fonts and Georgia Tech/Navy colors are fugly.
Also, I'd really love to see Pitt break out some 1963 inspired throwbacks.

No. The players who wore the Dinocat uni hated them as much as the fans. HB and Palko even made comments about them when they got to the senior bowl game.
