Looks more and more the ACC is passing the Big Ten and catching up to SEC for at least 1 year. Needs to do it more often in the future.

1. ACC Only Conference With Two National Football Championships Last Four Years:
Florida State took the final BCS National Championship after the 2013 season and Clemson claimed the 2016 National College Football Playoff title last year.

2. ACC 11 Teams Post Winning Records: Most of Any Conference:
A total of 11 ACC teams ended 2016 with winning records, the most of any FBS league and the most in ACC history. The next highest total by a conference was eight teams.

3. ACC Ties NCAA Record For Postseason 2016 Victories 9-3 Record:
ACC most postseason wins in its history and the best record in the nation. The nine wins also tied the NCAA record for most postseason triumphs set in 2005 by the SEC.

4. ACC One Of Two Conferences In National Championship Game 3 Of Last 4 Years:
ACC now has had a team in college football’s Championship Game in three of the last four years, a feat matched only by the SEC.

5. ACC Returns The Heisman Trophy Winner Second Time in Four Years:
ULou's QB Lamar Jackson return ACC will have had the reigning Heisman Trophy-winner return to compete in the league twice in the last four years. Florida State's Jameis Winston did so in 2014 after winning the 2013 Heisman Jackson is the youngest athlete, while Winston is the second youngest.

6. ACC Has Won Five Straight Orange Bowl Games:
ACC has won Orange Bowl Games, the longest winning streak for a conference in the Capital One Orange Bowl in 72 years. The SEC won seven straight from 1938 through 1944.
