To be a successful college football team, programs need to recruit their home state well. Pittsburgh and Pat Narduzzi are focused on keeping the best players in western Pennsylvania at home. The Panthers signed seven of the top players in western Pennsylvania, only missing on three they really wanted. There are a lot of players in the 2017 class that Narduzzi and his staff are trying to get to join the #412Crew.
