Here's Saturday's games
noon - North Carolina State @ Notre Dame (CBS)
noon - Clemson @ Boston College (Fox Sports South, in Pittsburgh on Root Sports)
2:00 - Syracuse @ Florida State (ESPN2)
2:00 - Pitt @ Georgia Tech (Raycom, in Pittsburgh on WTAE)
4:00 - Miami @ Virginia Tech (Raycom, in Pitsburgh on WTAE)
6:30 - North Carolina @ Duke (ESPN)
8:30 - Louisville @ Virginia (ESPN)
- UNC and Miami can't finish lower than 3rd. UNC locks the 1 with either a win or losses by Miami and UVa
- Miami locks the 1 with a win and UNC loss
- UVa locks the 1 with a win and losses by UNC and Miami
- Duke can get the 3 seed with a win and UVa loss.
- If UVa wins, Duke/ND will be 4/5. Duke gets the 4 with a win or ND loss. ND would need a win AND Duke loss
bye
- 6 to 9 could go many different ways. Here's the scenarios.
Clem, Pitt, VT, Syr all win or all lose (mini-conference record)
6. Clemson (2-1)
7. Pitt (3-2)
8. VT (2-2)
9. Syr (1-3)
Clemson, Pitt, Syr win but VT loses
6. Clemson (2-0)
7. Pitt (2-1)

Tiebreaker goes by winning pct vs conference champ and moving down till tie is broken. Games agains Louisville also count in tiebreaker. Since Syr has not beaten UNC, UVa, Miami, or Lou but Clemson and VT have, they would be 8th.

I think that's all the scenarios.
- FSU/GT will be 10/11 and remember, the 11 seed has to play on Tuesday. GT owns the head to head so they just need either a win or an FSU loss. FSU needs a win AND GT loss to get the 1st Round
- 12-14 are set. Tuesday will look like this:
noon: (12) NC State vs (13) Wake Forest
2:30: (11) FSU or GT vs (14) Boston College
- For Pitt, its win and you are in the NCAA Tournament and a probable 7 seed with a primetime 7PM start. Lose and its more than likely an 8/9 matchup at noon. So, its either a 7PM anxiety-free game-watch or a noon "Game 7" kind of feel. Prettty big difference.
The worst-scenario for Pitt is losing to GT and getting Syracuse in the 8/9 game. I feel the committee may view that as a play-in game since Syr has better wins.
