Well, it's still early, and
still pre-league. NC now
has a loss, Louisville is
still a disaster and the
top teams IMO remain
Duke, NC, UVA.....with a
group of NC ST, Miami,
VaTech, Clemson, and
maybe Cuse, making up
the middle. ND got beat
by St. Bonaventure ( a
team made up of almost
all new transfers). With
all that I now see ND
in there with the Pitts,
BC's, Louisvilles, GT's.

That ND loss to another
A-10 team, further makes
me think that Pitt is on
a level with the top of
the A-10. Or you might
say that the top of the
A-10 is basically the
same as the lower level
of the ACC.

12-15th ish like every other year. Our guards are worse than all of the middle which is the only thing that matters

We have had a tendency to wilt like a flower in the hot sun in late January.
I want to see what happens when conference play happens and we go on the road.
IMO, this is where Capel will rise or fall as a head coach,

Currently 12th in ACC per Sagarin’s computer. Ahead of BC, Fla St and Louisville and about even with GA Tech at #11 in ACC.

That's pretty much the
way I see it. ND probably
is in this group also. A
realistic goal is to get to
the mid level of the ACC
and out of the lower
level. Capel has yet to do
that here. at Pitt. If we
remain at that lower level
again this year.....
