It isn't progressing. ESPN is on a downward trajectory and they aren't going to invest in another network. The ACC should have made it happen years ago. Too late now.

well that may be the case but this is the ACC meetings so I won't be happy til an AD says this thing is "progressing." Again, nothing more concrete than that..

The ACC winter meetings begin Wednesday in South Florida, but there are no major votes on the agenda during their three-day session. The meeting is an opportunity for athletic directors and faculty athletic reps to meet and go over recent discussions at the NCAA convention, hear from television partners, and broadly discuss the next steps the league should take to enhance its future. Reviewing officiating and how the newly implemented medical observer worked at football games also are topics.
ACC Network is an ongoing discussion at all these meetings ... no plans for realigning.
