Went on to the WatchEspn App and used my chromecast for the WF Tulane game and it is perfect but can anyone tell me why the Louisville game is blacked out in Pittsburgh ?

I hope we get the Pitt game ......

Charlotte @ Louisville is part of the Fox Sports South package of games (that they sublicensed from Raycom). If a local network buys the rights to this package, they have to be blacked out by ESPN3. Root Sports bought this package locally so it is indeed blacked out online. But you can turn on your cable right now and watch it.

UCONN/Maine is being shown in Philly, although the description is Louisville.

The American Sports Network, a college sports syndicator similar to Raycom bought a package of American Athletic Conference games from ESPN. With Philadelphia being an American Athletic market because of Temple, the local RSN probably decided to go with the American Sports Network package instead of FSS's ACC package.

The UCONN game that was supposed to be the Louisville game was on NESN. Is NESN in any way affiliated with Fox?
