Centre County. WHVL serves the entire Johnstown/Altoona market so I assume those in those areas can't see it either?

According to ESPN's map, it's blacked out in Central PA so they are supposed to be carrying Pitt. You should call them. They are carrying the wrong game. Same thing happened last week at the beginning of the PSU/Purdue game.

People with Direct TV screwed though because that station out of St. College isn't carried by satellite.

Pitt/Miami on in the DMV over UNC though.
