....and we just get smacked w/ ours attempting to try starting an offensive set. Half the time Jamel has to leave his position to take over bringing the ball up past half court because JRob had his candy stolen the end of the first half. And when he did our offense is forced to begin the first pass just inside the half court line.
Instead of JRob backing up his defender it's the other way around w/ the defender forcing JRob away from he basket. I'm sorry for stating this game after game but our 2 most experienced guards(Jones & JRob) have been huge disappointments w/ each year that went by.
Once again you saw Jamel & Mike having to go get the ball to try to instigate some type of offensive opportunity or threat.
Coach Williams just had Berry & anyone else attack JRob, forcing him to pick up his dribble, get rid of it to players he did not want to before he waned to pass the ball, etc. By the end of the half JRob just waved the white flag as Carolina had defeated him when they went from down 4 to up 4 within 90 seconds.
James would not be effective the rest of the game & the Carolina team knew it was game over. After that everyone on the court knew our kryptonite.
