better just SHUT IT DOWN. Who knows where the rumor started, but my guess is people around the program enough to have some credibility. Regardless, everyone needs to stifle at this point. (And I'm not pointing the finger at anyone who posted the info here, they were just running with what they believed to be credible info - I'm talking about the source(s) of the rumor.) This is a pivotal moment for Pitt basketball and looking ridiculous for no reason doesn't help the process.
