I graduated from high school in 1975. I've never been sure if watching shows like this caused people to do drugs, or if doing drugs caused people to watch shows like this.i kind of get why everyone did cocaine back then after watching this..
I’m thinking ‘shrooms or acid with what we are watching.i kind of get why everyone did cocaine back then after watching this..
Positive I was hammered that day.
Age of free love. Thought I read that Greg had a few rounds with her.Carol's body was tight back then man. I knew she was always cute but never got a good look at her body during brady bunch re-runs..
You're still high. Or maybe I am. She did nothing for me back then, and looking at her now she still doesn't. I guess a lot of guys may disagree, but she just isn't my type at all.Carol's body was tight back then man. I offer Exhibit B. Things really start rockin' when Mouth brings the ventriloquist dummy into the action.
Maureen McCormick was a huge coke head and sex fiend in her late teens.. that's pretty fantastic. of course she talks about it now like it's a bad thing..You're still high. Or maybe I am. I'm guessing some of the daughters grew up to look all right, I don't really know. I never watched enough to remember what they looked like.
Looks like some kind of coked up Hee Haw nonsense.I offer Exhibit B. Things really start rockin' when Mouth brings the ventriloquist dummy into the action.
Or babies. Babies are problematic.Back in the day when the worst thing that could happen if you had a lot of casual sex was contracting something that could be cured with antibiotics. You could be with somebody you just met and not worry about HIV
Those guys must have had the best drugs. They were amazing.Four words: Sid and Marty Kroft.
I read up on it. Apparently, the woman who played Alice had moved to Colorado and was working for the church. She did take part though, I guess just not in that scene. Why no Alice and Sam the butcher?
Except Mr. Brady. He died of AIDS.Back in the day when the worst thing that could happen if you had a lot of casual sex was contracting something that could be cured with antibiotics. You could be with somebody you just met and not worry about HIV
She's a yinzer isn't she?I read up on it. Apparently, the woman who played Alice had moved to Colorado and was working for the church. She did take part though, I guess just not in that scene.
Not lying.
She became born-again, or something like that. They added Rip Taylor to the show and he was a bit of a potty-mouth and I reckon he was to be the foil for Alice, sort of like Sam was, but the two never talked off set and it just didn't work.

We had 2…4 …11….13….53….22… I remember some Kevin Evans guy on the news early morning who looked like a vampire. You had four stations in Pittsburgh (with PBS) and where we lived it wasn't a given that NBC would be watchable. If you were lucky, the Johnstown affiliate would be on once in a while. You pretty much had to take what you were given. I think early 80's we invested in a UHF antenna and that gave you two more stations.
So they say. Anyone know where from? HS?She's a yinzer isn't she?

Back then? Didn't realize people stopped doing it.i kind of get why everyone did cocaine back then after watching this..

Yep, and because there were so few choices, TV ratings for the better shows were astronomical when compared to ratings of today. The ratings for some shows were so high (Milton Berle, to name one) that stores would close early on the night when they were shown; most people would be “glued“ to the sofas in front of their television rather than shop. You had four stations in Pittsburgh (with PBS) and where we lived it wasn't a given that NBC would be watchable.
