This is a pretty mediocre notre dame and they should be up 38-0 already. We have issues all over the place. And it’s not talent it’s coaching

He's been here long enough where you kind of know it's the players who determine his success. I doubt he forgets/remembers how to coach every other year. And I couldn't care any less if they let him go or not.
