I doubt it since it is more difficult to transfer to a team within your conference.

Has he graduated? If not is he able to transfer to another ACC school? I think I saw something on TOS that prohibits transfers from one ACC school to another if they have not graduated. I could be worng (it's happened on a few occasions).
