Another sick narduzzi tweet on unis

Check out @CoachDuzzPittFB's Tweet:
-Why they didn't wear the blue / blue combo at the event was dumb. They should of ran a poll of what people like. That blue helmet blue shirt combo is absolute boss. Awesome pairing. But they went with a white shirt white pant combo. We will wear that blue helmet a lot I think. That's the big winner with the blue shirt or with blue pants.

Check out @CoachDuzzPittFB's Tweet:
I never had a problem mixing an Old Pitt Script Logo with New Colors and Schemes and create a New Era that mixes the Pitt Traditions with Future Designs. But Pederson never could get that straight at Pitt or Nebraska? Even worse, Pederson Ego could not admit his and his Consultants kept coming up with Pittsburgh New Multiple Years Errors Football not any Pitt New Era Football!

The Pederson Poison Errors are gone and I can accept any Gallagher-Barnes Storming with Pat's Pitt Era so long Narduzzi approves it!

Narduzzi can decide what they wear and when and Players can tell him too, I agree with you on The Boss Blue especially look Great, Tough, but it will be that Big Hit & Perception that shakes up the other Player.

In late 1980s a study was done in Sports and what Colors had Teams dominating in wins in many sports based on aggressive perceptions. It came out Black and Dark Blue, especially in Football.

Even the Darker Purples, Red, and Green were also a quiet sign of dominant play that brought out more aggression and the psychological appearance of being tougher and resulted in better play and winning, according to the studies. One of the studies actually brought up the Steelers and Raiders and starting in the early 1990s many Teams changed to a Darker Helmet in Football and Hockey.

All of a sudden Coaches, Teams, and Uniform makers created New Darker Uniforms and went to Darker Helemts. WVU went from a Lighter Traditional Blue to Darker Helmets, some Pro Teams too, other College Teams followed even with Darker Green, Red, and Purple almost looking Black and Blue.

In facts, some coined it The Black Blue Look among Defensive Coaches, so says a Staffer told me once? I keep trying to find that Article he told me about over 20 years ago, on google. The other thing is many Players also wanted that Black Shoes Look that dominated Football before the Joe Willy Namath White Shoes Look that develop in late 1960s and took off in the 1970s and Pitt switched too, along with many shoes being taped with white tape. This changed in the 1990s back to Black Shoes and wearing Black Tape or Higher Black Shoes look, as younger Players preferred it during that Era.

I didn't say Chicago wears Black so Read more and the Study actually points it out with an * that you must have missed it on Page 77????

You'll understand Darker is not always Black anymore than a Pray will stop a disease! It can happen but this Study caused Coaches and Teams to go Darker after it came out, whether they believe it or chose not to change.

WVU changed to a Darker Blue and now Pitt Blue is Darker too, much like Chicago!

Even Temple changed Helmet Colors over the years that went from White to Cherry to Darker Cherry to others designs, but today Nike and Under Armor and New Helmet Color Technology can change from Game to Game unlike the Time when the study came out:

I never paid much attention to what the uniform looked like. I was more concerned with how it fit and how it performed. Hated that you couldn't get the loose fitting shirts tight enough for o-line play. Spent a lot of time trying to get the sleeves tucked in and tight so they wouldn't come out. Otherwise, I could have cared less.

Yes, poor usage of the English language by Pitt students puts the university in a wonderful light.

They are quotes from football players. Nobody cares about the language. If that is important then why even have a football team in Division 1?

In these "modern" times, one must be cognizant of today's vernacular and urban lexicon and just accept, that to communicate in the great wide social media cesspool, one must lower their expectations of proper grammar and syntax, otherwise, you will be perpetually disappointed.

No, I was merely going by the "excerpt" you included in your post, which had "Chicago" in caps, as indicative of one of the teams that wears black.

Sid! We don't always have time to read those theses you post. Sometimes I'm on my laptop, which isn't always plugged in. The battery is not infinite!

Ah, come on. It was only a 12 page document. Who doesn't have the time, and more importantly the desire, to read 12 pages on the vitally important topic of penalties called based on uniform color?

I understand and clearly see you did not read the study, and I enjoy reading your posts. I also enjoy when someone points out what they see needs corrected.

I cut off the Excerpt without the Footnote that specifically said Chicago was Navy Blue with an *, but thought you read that part and there were other Ranking Analysis I did not post.

The Study did change Team Coaches Minds and some went to Darker Helmet and Jersey Colors is the main point of the Study. Today, Colors of Uniforms and Helmets are changed game to game due to the new technology.

No problem, it is good you pointed out but excerpts are not big usually. BTW love to see Temple in the ACC someday soon and they should never have been kicked out of the Big East, just my opinion.

Quite agree, the study is for the more intelligent posters, not the infants or such a poster who doesn't have the time or cannot answer When you told New York Panther, "in no uncertain terms, that the roll out of the script was finished with the football helmets"???? Now that was a true worthless thought was it not......since re-branding with the Pitt script for all teams, men's and women's, and all athletic venues happen.

Cling, Baby, Cling, but we all can sense no small measure of bitter, impotent anger in your shrieks. Feel the Fear and we understand your agony!

First of all, when did I say that script was only for football helmets? I mean certainly it was originally, but when did I ever say that there was no chance it could become more than that at some point in the future?

Secondly, how did you find out what intelligent posters think? Did you ask one, or did you find a link to something one of them said?

Can someone PLEASE clean up his grammar before he tweets? After all, we are an academic institution. The bad grammar makes me wince.
They are Football Tweets and Posts and a quick look at your own one lame liners shows your own posts are not on the academic level but on the 5th grade level, in form and lack subsatnce?

So, post some content over lame one liners, substance matters!

Hey, explain it to the Poster you did not respond to, he asked you to explain it.

Easy I read your small tiny posts and you show more often what to don't know, LOL!

Did you ask one, or did you find a link to something one of them said?
Up to you to answer post directed using your name in a thread, if you can't find them, that says even more about your own thinking. I should say, an intelligent poster would know how to do it, but not you??? Thank you for proving my point with your own question!

You don't have to sound like a Rhodes Scholar to give the impression you have a passing knowledge of the English language-American version.
I agree with you, the hypocrisy of one-line complainers that lacks the ability to post content and substance so they cry about form and as if that contributes to the Football Topic.

Once one checks their own whining posts they find they are on an elementary school levels directly contradicting their espoused education with their own ignorant hypocrisy?

They just cry some more, because they could not respond the first time on the Football Content Topic as the adult they claim to be and just keep crying over and over about nothing they know just lame complainers.

Go look at your own posts before attacking someone talking football posts! Hypocrisy does not put you in any higher light either, especially when you cry about form but can't add to substantive talk on just a football thread about football.

Crying and whining is what an infantile does when they can't respond or smart enough to ignore the topic and when your own form in on a grade school level, but demands some higher academic standing they can't post either?

If you like or dislike the uniforms, post it, crying how someone does is understood on any level, we all understood what HailPitt meant, and so did you, wincing and whining.

So in other words this is just another example of you linking or quoting something when you have absolutely no idea what it means. Not surprising.

By the way, if you are going to attempt to insult someone's intelligence, going with the sentence "Easy I read your small tiny posts and you show more often what to don't know, LOL!" is probably not the way to go. But again, not surprising.
