Like maybe not get rid of it, but let the coach decide if they want possession versus one-and one.
I have had the same thought, you'd rather just get the possession and forego the one-and-one opportunity.Like maybe not get rid of it, but let the coach decide if they want possession versus one-and one.
I’d like a couple of set plays as an alternative .Like maybe not get rid of it, but let the coach decide if they want possession versus one-and one.
Joe, don't forget about adding a coach's challenge ... 🤣 nyuk, nyuk, nyukAt some point they will get rid of the one and one, just like the NBA did and just like women's college basketball did.
They will also eventually switch to four quarters, like pretty much every other organization in the world plays.

Nope. One of the great things about college basketball from a fan’s perspective is that there’s a catch-up mechanism. If anything, I’d move the double bonus to 12 fouls, or better yet, make ALL late fouls “given” by the trailing team into 1 and 1’s.
NO. Players should be able to make "free throws." Also, strategically, good move by coaches to foul weaker foul shooters. Adds drama to close gamesLike maybe not get rid of it, but let the coach decide if they want possession versus one-and one.
I rarely see us ever get anything off a back cut. I don’t even really know if we use any Princeton principles.I’d like a couple of set plays as an alternative .
Some backscreans to get Greg and Hinson open on the wings
Some Princeton cutbacks for Burton and Nike to attack
If we go over 4 minutes without a fg- we need some set plays to make the defense start thinking
It’s only been around for 60 years. Give it a chance.Like maybe not get rid of it, but let the coach decide if they want possession versus one-and one.
