Anyone see the non review of Osu first down?

Even Homer Herbstriet said it wasn't a first down then Dabo called a time out and they still didn't review it. Replay clearly showed it was short. Was there any rule that says they couldn't review it?

If I were a Clemson fan the television sound would a been off long ago. They don't even show replays on TV of close plays

Well, just gave Clemson a similar spot. Of course it no longer matters.

The booth can stop game and review any call on its own.
Coach can challenge once if they have a timeout, and a second time if first was successful (and have a timeout).
