Anyone see the swinging gate in the Oregon-WSU game?

Nike Leach is a great coach. The PAC 12 jobbed him in the USC game. They literally told the officiating crew what decision to make during a review.

Pitt could have had him at one point.

Mike leach would have lasted ten minutes here. He would have clashed with the Pittsburgh media, and frankly, the fanbase probably would have tried to run him out of town if it took a year or two to install his system.

Look at the absolute amount of vitriol graham faced from both the media and fanbase before he left...I think in part that is why he was looking to make such a quick exit.

Nope. We would be in the Coastal driver's seat right now.

WSU has never won 11 games. I think they will this year.

Right before Leach, Paul Wuff was 9-40 at Washington State. 4-32 in conference. They went three years with a total of TWO wins over FBS teams.

It's an amazing coaching job.

It was at the one so it was more like 93 or 94 yards I think.

I also love John madden screaming about it not being a safety...he was clearly not in the end zone.
Well done. I was young at the time, and vaguely remember that now since you brought it up. Madden and Summerall were a great duo.

I would have to see what Cunningham could do in today's NFL. He and Marino maybe more than anyone.

Cunningham is an interesting guy. Had some moderate success as a high school football coach before devoting himself to his ministry full time.

Never heard one of his sermons in person, but supposedly he mixes in football talk frequently.

Given the disdain for Pitt from the local media, what is there to lose?

The guy knows how to light up a scoreboard. He would succeed in the Crap Coastal.

Summerall, yes. Madden, no.

I would rather listen to Frank Caliendo do John Madden, than listen to John Madden do John Madden.
