I like this hire by Narduzzi. He has done a nice job in the time he has been here. He has been instrumental in getting us some visits from kids who have some nice offer sheets. Getting kids here gives us a chance. He is putting the time and energy in and some of these kids have specifically mentioned their relationship with him as a reason for their visit or commitment. We could use more young and energetic guys like Archie to really get the recruiting going. Great returns from him so far tho!

His work in GA is paying off. Sellers said Collins has recruited him for over a year more consistent and harder than anyone.
I think with next years class we will see work that Beatty is doing in VA pay off.
A lot of it is relationships, putting in time to get to know the players and coaches. That’s why Partridge is able to do well in FL.

Scout named him MAC recruiter of the year a few years ago. I remember the hand-wringing here when Hill left for the NFL job and Narduzzi hired Collins. He has been a big upgrade in my opinion.
