Dixon has zero clue and after reading the article a few times....I get we really don't know what is going on behind the scenes however this program has been in "downward spiral" and for those who believe we are recognized as one of the top 25 programs need to get a grip....
His philosophy will continue to lead us to the bubble and 500 seasons moving forward.... "We went with guys who were playing good defense" WTF...how about some guys who can actually put the ball in the basket? Oh that's right he can't get those guys so he has to win it on the defensive end. We held a team under 40% and we still can't win the game.......What else do you have for us Dixon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I get that defense is important however maybe he has to resort to this way of thinking because he can't recruit and has no other choice......
This one is even a better quote "“I talked to our guys about the things we can learn with all the returning guys we have,” Dixon said. “We've got to look at this as an opportunity to improve on some things going forward.”
I guess Luther didn't play good defense all year and didn't come off the bench to give this team a spark.
Dixon is clueless and this program for those who believe he is a top 20 coach......let's get used to seeing Dixon on the national networks each year for the sweet 16.....Sure, Barnes is not going to fire him but until he does, this program will become less relevant for recruits and the so-called experts.....
