In all seriousness he's got to be able to teach his guys how to come out charged at the beginning of the game just like they do for the second half. While Pitt never stopped fighting this year they need to be able to do it without putting themselves in a hole first.
Having a QB is so important. One who can make a play to lift the team and get the fans going for those times when the team is flat.
Yep, and after a Program Recruits a 5 Star Quarterback, they need the ability to coach him up too!
