on the pass where Peterman had Weah wide open but threw to Henderson, does anyone think Henderson gave up on a catchable ball?

Post game, sideline reporter thought that he may have lost ball in the sun.
Exactly that. That ball dropped right out of the sun and Henderson simply lost track of it. The angle of the sun should be taken into account when pass plays are called.

What to do about passing clouds?

there is only one answer for being able to control clouds... an on campus stadium, throw back uniforms 100% of the time, and Walt Harris as qb coach. it is these things that solve all fb problems according to this board

Henderson has been big time for us this season, but I would like to see him be more of a factor catching passes. With his quickness, should not be a big problem for him to get open. I thought we'd see more quick passes to him somewhat like them Stillers use AB...

Go Pitt.

I watched the replay last night and it definitely looked like he lost the ball in the sun. And it did look catchable. As TP wrote - it was weird. And unfortunate.

Go Pitt.

Thank you to everyone who responded with their thoughts on this play.

I was totally unaware that the sun may have played a part in the play.
