AudieseToney

Congrats to Audiese Toney. Hard to find a better example of a fantastic game performance without it necessarily showing up in the box score. Fantastic hustle, defense, rebounds and all around clutch play.
Yep. What sucks is that he left partly because he wanted to be the guy and wanted more of an offensive role. And he ended up doing the same thing for Arkansas that he was best at for Pitt. He is the kind of guy that can find a role in the NBA because he can play defense, get boards and score a little bit.

His problem is going to be that he doesn't shoot the ball well enough. It's really tough for a 6-6 dude to get run in the NBA if they can't shoot the ball well enough to help spread out defenses. Toney is shooting 31% on threes this year, and that's with him taking a lot fewer threes than he has in the past.

Shame it didn't work out here. He is a fantastic team player and has plenty of talent around him at Arkansas. His defense is absolutely special. He shut down Nemhard. I will be pulling for Arkansas to win this whole thing.
Johnson, Toney, Champagnie. 6-10.

Nor can he handle well enough to be a guard in the NBA.

Per a member of their friend group (a girlfriend specifically) and directly from individuals involved- it's consistent with the "rumors" you heard.
Lol Great. I’m glad we sided with Champ who was obviously going pro instead of two guys in the NCAA tournament. Another stellar decision.

Do you think this excuses the roster management issues, coaching issues etc? The program is a dumpster fire.

Where is Ithiel going? You finally off him
Now that his dad exposed your best friend for what he is

He left because he wants to win and succeed and be coached and developed, you get none of that in this dumpster fire of a program

Man do you create a lot of imaginary scenarios in your head like they at real.

It's very amusing.
