Are other big conferences seeing losses like this?BC lost to Maine
FSU lost to Troy
Pretty much all of them. Are other big conferences seeing losses like this?
PAC 12 is losing a lot. TCU is really struggling early, probably should have lost first game, lost last night too.Pretty much all of them.
Lots of pretty good players transferred down. Michigan struggled vs Eastern Michigan due to 6-10 Emoni Bates who transferred to EMU from Memphis due to a prior connection there. Bates scored 30 in an 88-83 loss to Michigan.
I didn't know he was there when I was watching the game. I was thinking who is this dude and why is he at EMU. EMU looked like they had better athletes than Pitt all-around. I only watched maybe 10 minutes of game time and EMU looked like they had better players than us. They lead for most of the game.Lots of pretty good players transferred down. Cuse has a tendency many seasons to lose one ormore of these early OOC games and still come back strong later in the season. Boeheim having his zone defense not fully tuned up early may account for these early "surprise" losses?Colgate beats Syracuse 80-68…woof!
Louisville is embarrassing. I think there is a team on the schedule where Capel may have the coaching advantage
I wouldn't count on itI wouldn't count on that!
Just makes us more battle tested for March 🤣I wouldn't count on it
either. However I did
watch the game. L'Ville
is bad, real bad right
now. WVU actually
looked better vs Pitt,
than what I've seen from
some ACC teams so far.
Yes, I know it's early.
Pitt is not playing a
typically cupcake pre
league schedule. We
have, WVU, Michigan,
either VCU or Az. ST,
Northwestern and Vandy.
Throw in Dec. ACC games
with NC. ST, Cuse, and
North Carolina, and it's
a tougher than normal
start to the seaason.
