You tell me washed and ready to eat but I tell you these spinach leafs have been used as TOILET TISSUE by lworkers out in the field. Yeah I will eat the poptart but as a younger man no way. Used to take my blow torch to that poison. Throw a little marshmallew in and some pretty colors. HELL NO!!!! gentlemen. You know the secrets but you get tired and old and do not give a damn. I estimate man would live to 300 with good food and clean air. Now just be lucky if you see 60 and d9 not have a boulder in the colon. Let the man who grazes on freedom know the vitamens of eternity. Do not be the toy soldier until you give up.
